La Borry originates from 8,6 acres of small infertile terraces, between 1,640 and 1,970 feet above sea level, and are grown facing south-east. Vinification and ageing occur in oak vats (1/4) and stainless steel vats (3/4). A lot of freshness with white fruit aromas and additional exotic fruits. La Borry keeps from 2 to 5 years, and is particularly enjoyable at 10 °C / 50°F with an appetizer, or with a meal of fish (Lyon fish dumplings...), seafood, shellfish, white meat, or cheese (goat).
