Domaine Billaud Simon has been in Chablis for 180 years, passing from each generation to the next. They have prestigious vineyards on both the right and left banks of the Sereins river.
With 20 hectares of vines, this domaine is at a human scale and is motivated by quality. They consider themselves gardeners of the vine and have chosen to concentrate on producing top-quality grapes from their terroir.
